feral scream still has the same silence duration, and if you use it too much , you will oom by spamming both Q and W.

Yes, I realize this. I am going to eat my words and get clips to help break up the text, as well as throw in additional bbc.
your runes. they are really weird. o-o like really weird. if you take
also, cooldown per level runes? nah, just take magic resist. it's much more worth it. Also, in your masteries you should try and swap sone masteries to get that 4 more magic resist, it is really good.
1. I do spam Q every time it's off cooldown. I only slow down Q if clarity's on CD and I want a burst. Then I'll chill for ~30 seconds and unleash a combo.
2. I'll admit it, I'm a CDR junkie. But you are right, most people will benefit more from MR
since you really are not looking for damage late game, rather more disruption, I do not believe you really need to get 9 points in offense tree. 10% magic pen us nothing early game. yay. 5 more damage (although I do hate those F@&$ moments when opponent survives with 2 hp)
take those points in utility tree, for mana + mana regen, or movement, or 12% less death time.
You got me here. My masteries are just generic mage-tank setup. I did neglect to make my masteries synergize better with my runes and Summoner Spells. I'm going to switch it to mana + regen for my next publish.
