Hello people, I am making a guide for brand, and I need some help with the items order.
I noticed that many people (even though I think they're wrong in doing this) don't really read the guide, but simply look the first part of it with runes, items and masteries. I'd like you guys to help me with the items order, as I don't want someone who only looks at that to buy the wrong items and then downvote my guide or anyways have a bad time playing.

Here's the link to the guide:
http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/build/a-brand-new-guide-for-pyromaniacs-186809

Basically I have decided to put doran's first and not boots+3 as it's probably safer, one less experienced guy may find it easier to lane with doran's ring instead of boots.
Then I went on with the boots as you need them, another doran's as I almost always take the second one (if readers don't have mana regen runes they're gonna need it too) and then simple rabadon's.
Now the hard part, I'll explain why I put them in this order:
First WotA as spellvamp is gonna help people survive, and getting spellvamp before HP (rylai) will let you restore a higher % of HP with each drain. Also it is cheaper than rylai, so it doesn't slow too much the void staff.
The void staff comes next. Thought I might aswell wait more before taking it since you already will have the 30mpen + 15% which is gonna be enough
Then it's rylai's turn, You really need that HP or you're gonna die, and since you have most of the build done you might find easier to sacrifice some damage by getting the belt first.
Zhonya comes at last as it is the item I like the least among them.

My main questions are: Should I move the WotA? It might be hard to survive for non-experienced people with low hp, it could be swapped with Rylai. However, where should I put the rylai in that case? Would it be too slowing for the void staff or would it be less convenient for the high price of the belt (rabadon's good thing is that it'll give you dmg quickly, belt may slow that) ?

Also, I'd appreciate any kind of advice on the build, even if not concerning my problem (answer this anyways, please :D), I know it's not very long yet, but I don't have much fantasy and I just wrote it, I'll have to think about it to make it better.
I look forward to reading your opinion, thanks in advance

Your item build seems fairly solid as it is and you already mentioned in the guide it's situational. I would always start with boots + pots however, doran's ring is not worth the risk.

I think your runes might be mixed up though, you seem to have flat AP Glyphs and AP per level quints when it's better to have them the opposite way around.

Thanks for the advices, seeing from the comments boots+3 has been recommended many times and I'll use it then. For the runes, thanks for telling me that, I actually wanted to put xlvl glyphs and flat quints, just messed up with the names :)

I'd like to ask you another thing. I usually prefer mp5xlvl seals since after a few levels they're already better than flat ones, but the mana problems come earlygame, what do you think about it?

I'd suggest not grabbing Void Staff until the enemies actually have enough MR to warrant it. If you're not getting RoA to suppliment your health, I would recommend grabbing that Rylai's earlier than the Void.

So:

Dorans > Boots > Dorans > WotA > Rylai's > Void/Zhonya's/Pimp Hat.

But as Luther said, many casters take to grabbing boots + 3x pots for the security. With Brand I think the mobility would be better, but then again, the mana regen, AP and health is a nice bonus.

Hope this helps ^^

Thank jhoijhoi, I have updated the guide, changing the item order to fit the most general situation possible. The guide is now complete thanks to all your advices, I added more info and I'll only change the layout if I have to. It's been nice that you answered so fast, I'll use these tips for my future guides too :)

I prefer mana regen per level seals to flat on all the AP casters I play. I've never really played Brand but per level seals become better at level 7 and they're very nearly as good at level 6, so I'm sure you can hold on until then.

If you're building a WotA anyways an early Hextech Revolver instead of Doran's ring(s) might be good. I don't usually do it but I see a lot of other ppl do it and they like it. Gives you better lanestay.

Double Doran's is pretty safe too, but maybe you should try an early hextech and see how you like it. Will make your build go faster.
