Problem is, Oracles is 400 gold and doesn't stop you from paying attention the area around you.
If she dies, you may have a 4v5 fight but, you've also blown cooldowns, mana, etc. Makes it a tad easier for someone to just come in and kill someone without their ult or their one escape/gap closer they just used.

Sure vision wards are a nice counter to them in lane but they can't be used everywhere. Vision wards for Akali are only useful in teamfights and, you should be mid game anyway. You'll have cash for it.

Twitch and Akali are really quite good in the hands of a savvy and knowing player. They have decent early game, and lots of snowball potential.
Eve is just fairly underwhelming but she can snowball games.

Yeah, if your opponent knows how to counter and are always full of map awareness, they'll be more careful and make Evelyn useless. She does still do a lot of damage to potentially kill using all her abilities, but other than that, she is easily countered and I believe she falls late game. In ARAM, however, she's quite viable ^_^!
