Everyone wanted a Shen buff, so Riot gave it. Guess he is too strong based on that annoying ultimate. Leblanc isn't that bad as once thought, she can still be viable late game. I haven't seen much Sorakas...but I don't think she has a drastic issue with mana. Everything else, I think the tier list is okay.
Thanks to koksei for sig!
Check it Out!!!

They need to take Shen's global factor out, like they did with Panth and TF. That will limit his presence and really force him more into jungle or mid lane.

The problem with that is Shen's ult isn't the same - it has to be targetted on an ally, so it's already limited in some ways. Like with TF you can just surpriseultgank bot lane and get kills, but you can't really do that on Shen, you kind of have to wait until the engage has already happened. Like it's hard enough to save people with it already, if it had the range of TF/Panth it'd be basically useless until lategame for top lane Shen. I guess you could maybe reach your mid laner from top, but mid kills tend to happen really damn fast anyway.

I think the problem is he's just a little too good at everything now. Like, he's a strong laner, he scales well and gets very tanky while also dealing good damage and he has his global ult to top it all off. He just shouldn't be able to do all three as well as he does right now imo.

That's my point. He should not be able to tele bot from top.

I just wouldn't be happy if they took that away from him since it's basically his one unique thing.

Its funny to see how slow people are to adapt, Shen is so easily counter-picked at top it just takes time for people to learn I guess. To the person who said he builds full tank and still outdamages everyone is either grossly exaggerating or simply full of pure ****.

The strength of Shen is his split-pushing potential which can be cancelled out by doing the same tactic you would do against split-pushing force engagements.

Its almost sad to see everyone jump onto the "OP!" bandwagon, Shen is about as "OP" as Ireila.

I'm undecided really since I haven't seen him enough. A lot of people seem to think he is though. If you mean me about the damage thing I meant he does fairly good damage now since the changes for building full tank. He by no means outdamages everyone.

I think the point that, even if Singed loses his lane, he always can make a comeback and be lategame the most annoying champ ever. His control of the teamfight is also nearly unmatched and lategame nobody can kill him while he deals high damage. Also, even if people don't chase him, he will run around you and deal massive damage. He is also one of the fastest champs.

I think considering that makes him at least tier 2 worthy.

I love this argument.

Just force engagements guys!

Okay so let's say you just force an engage while Shen split pushes. If you don't manage it, let's say the other team peels, they drop some CC's like Cass Miasma, and they shurelya's the **** out, now what? You spent 10-15 seconds hard engaging and chasing and you got nothing, while Shen bashes your tower to bits. 15 seconds is a free tower.

No, "Just hard engage" is not a good enough answer to a complete global. Smart teams will just drive down top lane while Shen pushes bot.

Even if you do hard engage, what if they design their comp to be perfect for hard engagements?

It just makes it too easy. Your team is far too versatile for no reason. TF is -still- too strong because of his split capability, and his ulti isn't even global.
