irelia at 4800 is a reasonable price, she's very strong. A few champions I would reduce before her, but meh. Miss Fortune is free like every other week, they should have really reduced her down to about 1350

Morello will nerf Irelia's base health by 1 just to be a troll =P and in a team fight, that last tick of Ignite just managed to kill you and you wish you had that 1 hp back DX
