Last Whisper. She's got more than enough AS. In most cases, you'll do more damage with LW. That's what I believe.
****ed up as hell. Slept like 4 hours, went to school for 7 hours, came home and worked for about 4 hours and I didn't even have time to eat in like 13 hours.

The BC proc doesn't even do anything on the first hit. Each stack affects the following hit. And if you use her ult, unless it's on a single target, each BC proc will be canceled when you hit subsequent targets. So it doesn't really help her R much. And it's not like either of those can get any faster.
LW will do more on every hit, without the need of stacking.
QQ, except for our AD carry I ended up with the most gold in our team... Needlessly to say, we lost. My score was fine, I didn't kill steal anything though I could/should have. My score was 2/3/15.

Imo if you get infinite edge on her (like I do) then id say tbc over lw. But if you're building like all blood thirsters then lw over tbc....idk though I think tbc is just better because it can apply a stack to someone with her ulti....then again lw is said to only be better when the enemy is stacking a lotta armor.
