Dainou: haha, thanks for the compliments. Those photos are actually pretty bad, but k :P
We broke the record in Brisbane, Australia a few nights ago. 3700 university students turned up to the toga party despite torrential rain for the entire duration. 7600 said they were going, and the tickets sold entirely out (but the rain prevented most from wanting to come).
I think that 700ish of them were late to the official Guinness World Record counting, so I believe we have set the record at 3000 people ^^
I'll link the link once it's become offical.

Hmmm not gonna comment on the first thing, glad you didn't find it creepy after Luthers little joke
Thats sounds awesome, when you wrote you had set a new record, I got interested in how many there actually where. Surprised so many didn't come, a little bit of rain hasn't hurt anyone (not counting flooding of course).
I actually thought that the old record would be more then 3000 people though :P
Can you explain what a toga party is all about? I got it with the cloths, but not the purpose and what more there is to it. Only seen it in movies and such.
Well, the rain got pretty annoying really quickly. There was no undercover areas, so we were soaked to the skin in white sheets about 10 minutes past getting through the gates. The weight of a king single sheet drenched in water is actually pretty heavy, and my shoulders were aching.
The only dryish area was the mosh pit, and you can imagine how rowdy that area was.
It was a good night, but there should have been a tent set up for people who wanted to get out of the rain ^^
Toga parties are just parties with a theme :3

Anyhow QQ because I just played with 2 guys who already thought the game was lost. I really think we could have won but they just started to play bad, and we lost indeed...

Yeah now I can see the problem with the rain, beside most people want to stay out of the rain if they can. Luckily it seems as the sheet and the rain didn't have the same effect as white shirts and rain. Also seems like you got some training for your shoulders beside having fun^^
With 3700 people wanting not to get to wet or stand in water? Yes I indeed do.
Haha maybe a idea if you are gonna break the record someday? :P You might as well get some big party tents to prevent the same thing from happening^^ You think you will try to get even more people to come or break another short of record?
Thought so, well then thats mystery solved. Now I realized I might as well have looked it up my self, but it was much nicer talking with you.
