Wiki description says "Sion has a 40% chance to ignore up to 30 / 40 / 50 damage each time he is hit by an autoattack" so I'd guess it doesn't work on GP or Urgot Q.

I've said for a while now that Olaf got raped by the jungle rework. He doesn't deal with being camped very well.
Plus in this tourny they've banned him in every match LOL. Real fear of Dufflaf.
Tryn works but I don't wanna play Tryn into a skilled Urgot player. That lane sounds like misery and unhappiness. Instead I want to safely farm, and turn top lane into a dead zone where nothing ever happens. Ever.

Interesting. Have you come up with some options yet or is that a secret? :P
I have played a good 20-30 games with Urgot, maybe more in my LoL career. So I know the champ pretty well.
I have ideas on how to deal with him, but I need to discuss them further with my team and I need to practice them with my buddy who is an Urgot main.
Urgot can snowball a lane really hard... I think Sion with a really cheeseball rune page might be my best bet in stopping that, and attempt to simply outscale him late game.

I guess someone with good sustain would be the best bet for playing safely. Urgot kinda falls off late so it would have to be someone who's good late though.
Unless of course you wanna go for a mobile champ and simply dodge everything, might be possible though it sounds a bit harder to me.
