Akali could be a decent pick but I'm not comfortable going that balls deep against a tanky and dangerous champ like Urgot.

No you don't understand how Sion would work if you think that. HP regen quints and the 3 HP regen in defense as well as the mana regen and mana regen blues.
Get an early philo stone = regen *****. mana for more shields, HP regen out the wazzoo.
It would work as a defensive pick. I just want to consider if there's any more aggressive picks I could use that would really shut him down :P
