think about these:
you should take armor penetration marks because you do not buy any armor penetration, you just have the 10% from mastery +6, and then your quints. That won't last you the whole game, either buy balck cleaver/last whisper, or take armor penetration marks.
You buy a yoomu's ghostblade, it would be wise to fit
Quicksilver sash is good, but it should be an optional item, so you should make a section for that!
other than that, good work and good luck!

I think you should also careful read through your guide, you have a few things you need to work out, for example:
-Your item selection shows that you bought 2 different pairs of boots
-You do not explain your items anywhere in your guide, let people know why you chose them
-If you say something like "don't use any minion related masteries" make sure your picture matches...
This build definitely has a lot of work to do on it, but you're getting the idea so kudos to you.

first of all, improve your coding. kinda dull throughout the guide. for instructions, check out jhoijhoi's guide on making a guide. should really help you get a layout and all.
second, in your items section, you should include other possible items, as following the same build every game, will result to losses against good players.
third, i think it'd be better to divide the game mentality to a early, mid, late, and teamfights section.
