This guide has potential, got some few suggestions tho

Marks: Sejuani scales very bad with AP so you might consider alacrity (attack speed) marks for stacking you passive quicker

Add some magic resist to the build, like a FoN or just an Wits End (helps your passive a lot) because casters will kill you.

Remake the guide and add the "Require Comment to Vote" to avoid troll voters
