Lifesteal nerf is fine to me. BT change is nice. Jax change seems cool, but I don't know if it'll be enough; it depends on numbers. Irelia ult cd nerf seems kinda dumb, but the W change is fine. Shaco rework... huh.
What happened to level 2 jungle gank nerfs? I sort of expected them to make a deal about that. Meh, whatever.

Well it might be disclosed with the full path notes of how they plan to fix level 2 ganks.
IMO no real way to do it without some serious changes to the game...I mean, I guess people who top or mid would have to change their purchases to include a ward from now on...which reduces their sustainability if they go boots+health pots. Bot lane is such a safe lane early game and the support normally picks up wards early anyway...IDK

they need to make an AP item that gives you a free ward the way Wriggle's does...would help, I think.

They've said they don't want to make that because it would be a "support must buy" and limit the amount of items they would/could buy.

People need to get over the idea that they should be able to not buy wards, because right now it's just not an option.
You don't wanna buy wards? don't complain when someone halfway across the map won't walk all the way up to your lane to make up for your unwillingness to spend a little of your far higher income. Or don't complain when your support doesn't have the exact items you want, because they will basically have no gold if you expect them to ward everything on the bottom side side of the map.
Everyone should buy at least some wards...I'm not saying blow all your early game money on wards...but 1 or 2 wards isn't gonna kill you. Seriously.
