If I can't get it off my hands I'll consider it.
I think I'll just switch to the Logitech G400 or G500 instead. I just LOVE that palm grip.
I wonder if the G500 is shorter than the G400. That would be a big con.

Lol real :P
I was joking, but if you really can't get it off your hands, can't hurt to PM me and see if we can work something out.

So I just got the Logitech G500 and I'm comparing it to my old MX518 right now, using them simultaneously.
I LOVE the scroll wheel on G500. It's perfect.
I like the sensitivity switcher. I like that it has 3 thumb buttons.
I don't like that the sides have a slippy texture and I don't like that the thumb buttons are placed on an edge. That makes it harder to lift without pressing any of the buttons. The MX518 doesn't have that problem because 1: it's not slippy and 2: it has the thumb buttons just above the edge of the mouse.
I like the weight function, it's very high quality, but it's kinda useless to me since it's hard to lift the mouse already.
I'll probably return the G500. It just doesn't feel like an upgrade from the MX518, even if their designs are over 5 years apart.
I'm having trouble finding a "TRUE" palm-grip mouse. Even the MX518 (which is (as I've heard) the most sold mouse in the world) doesn't fully use your palm.
Anyone know any "special" palm mice? There seems to be a lack of mice that fully utilize the palm.
Maybe I need to go work for some company that makes mice. Just to show them how to make a fekkin' good mouse.

What do you mean "true" palm-grip? How does the MX518/G500 not fully use your palm?
Anyway, try the xai. It fits palm-grip style better than the G5. The G5 always forced me to slightly bend my fingers into a claw grip, but the palm itself fully rests on the mouse.

No, they don't. They're both just slightly too small and -most notably- the back area of the mouse is not high enough. It doesn't really go into your palm.
The Xai is smaller than the G5/MX518/G400. I don't see how it can be better in that regard..

Yea, pretty much. But seriously; my hand size is pretty normal, yet I constantly think the mice are too small to properly fit the hand.
The Mamba is a giant NONO. It seems horrible.
The Imperator seems nice, but too small. It's ~1cm shorter than the MX518(and that mouse is barely big enough).
