It's not as good, of course. It's still not the biggest nerf in the world though. They didn't change it to 8% Damage Reduction or something.

It was a slight nerf, but a nerf nonetheless.

12% -> 10% so that's bad.

But we also have to consider we already have armor helping in the damage reduction department. And then you lose the spike impact factor and trade it for consistency which is lower impact.

I'm excited for this item TBH :3

It's going to open up a ton of options, specifically against certain team comps for some tanky DPS types.

You mostly just have to make sure AD carry dies first if you buy this thing (Which is a fine objective regardless)

Could be good on a Talon, yeah. It'll make him obnoxious to try and kill if you can burst the AD carry first.
