Pretty good guide you have here.. Though I would almost never get a
Seperate each camp into it's own tiny section in your larger "Jungling" section. That way, people will be able to recognize their jungle order easier, and are also more likely to refer back to your guide.
Make sure to add situational items in as well. Your build seems to be low on magic resist, and it doesnt seem to be addressed in the guide. From the update list, its also quite evident that you've put alot of thought into your item choices. If you share those thoughts, you build our confidence in you, and help us learn, both of which are very good for your guide =]

good job, but if you want some attention and to aviod trolls, get this out of the humor section. also, your skill sequence looks haphazard and a bit ill-advized. don't leave paranoia's third level until 18

It could use some work, but it's a pretty good guide so far. I like how it's different. Also Turn on comment to vote. Add in some pictures and more coding. It's a good start.
