I think that you're blurring things a little too much, Amanda, they kinda look out of focus/low quality images when they're blurred/smudged so much.

I like the 1. one the image is awesome and the border is.. somewhat interesting.

the 2nd one looks a bit oversharpened in my opinion and I dun really like the red it gets "eaten" by the dark green.

A border would help but .. mhm dunno:P
