Trundle is the direct counter to Yorick :D
But out of the three, Yorick would probably be the most suited for top. Trundle does much better in jungle and Panth... Idk much about Pantheon, but from what I've seen Yorick is a more balanced lane. Pantheon relies on aggression a lot most of the times and he's much more situational top lane pick then Yorick.

Yorick. He deals lots of damage and has great sustain. He is a very balanced top and therefore most suitable.

I've done pantheon solo top before, and he could hold his own. I was against a duo lane, and all I did was just sit by my tower and farm minions with a wriggles. When they got too close I jumped on them and beat the snot out of them.
Do I think he is suited for it like yorick? No, but can he do it? Yes.
