go top push the **** outta them, ward properly (get nida, olaf or sth that escapes easily even from 5)
and force them to come to your lane with at least 3-4 guys then the rest of your team isn't really able to **** up anymore

Why don't you get more than 2.5 rune pages?
You have two full, and one that's half full/half empty.
Assuming you only have an Akali page and a Mage page, and a half AD page, that means you have no versatility in your game.
Imagine you are last pick, and forced to play a solotop or a support, which runes do you use in that case?
I know you're QQing, but in order to play ranked successfully, you've gotta do your homework and have enough rune pages to play all roles in ranked games.

Runes HELP a lot. You run Olaf with which runes? You run Sona with which runes? Have you seen Duff's 20 rune pages? Have you seen people with more rune pages or rune setups and consequently have a higher elo than you?
I don't wanna be mean, but you might be part of the problem why you are that low in your ELO. Sad to say but 900-1000 might be your true elo unless you get out of that mentality.
I was trying to help you on that last comment and give you some constructive criticism.
TLDR; get more rune pages and rune setups, learn more roles.
I'll wait til the elites wake up and reply to your comment.
