Fratma's Talon?

Halfway through the build i actually use I can bring a tank down to low enough health that one AA finishes him off with one burst (unless they're fed, but who can burst down a fully fed tank? Maybe leblanc.) Besides, as you said he excels at killing that ap carry in mid. He also excels at pushing and doing enough damage early game to make people tower hug. Then he just roams his way down to mid and kills that pesky carry then waltzes back up to top and keeps farming. You don't have to be aggressive.
