It's good, but I don't like the long CD and I land a lot of kills with Ignite.
Early game keeping Ignite on CD brings a welcomed 5 AD boost, when that goes through your crit multiplier it's ridunkulous.
TL;DR, I prefer Ignite for short CD and AD buff.
