This build is almost the same as mine but mine is better XD. It should be this:

Doran's Ring, mercury treads, Frozen Heart, Wit's End, Warmog's Armor, Atma's Impaler, Force of Nature

But you're build is almost the same so I upvoted you! But you need Frozen Heart ASAP!

The skill sequence, max out Feral Scream before Rupture.

For runes, get armor pen marks, armor seals, magic resist per lvl glyphs, attack speed quints.

I am probably the best Cho'Gath I know and I always win! Take my advice and if you want add me and you can see for yourself. Add "ilovemonkeybutts".

I'm very confused about your skill order. Since you're not building AP, none of your abilities are going to do much damage. So why do you skill Q first? Its CC and CD don't change as you rank it up, where if you skilled W the silence length would increase. A 3 second silence at level 9 is massively OP, and is much easier to land effectively than Q in a teamfight.

Alternatively, you could focus more on attack speed in your runes and the early game, and skill E first. That would make your autoattacks hurt quite a bit.

I made this as a supplement meant that way if you want to try somthing new. But i played tanky AD Cho in some time and now I thinks it is better. Just my sight :)

Frozen before Warmog, and boots with magic ressist instead of swiftness :)

Good guide, I won't up vote tho, it seems flat, no real coding, images and collors.
And I agree with you that Mage cho dies faster, but I don't think that Ad tank Cho is that good either, i've played Cho'gath since I was lvl 13, and I go Ap offtank, trust me. Going AP offtank on cho'gath is godlike, you do more damage with your E and your ult is a nightmare.

Any way... Good guide, I'll keep my eyes on it and see how it turns out.
