Introduction
Build
- Dorans Ring: Because of the start health and the mana regen.
- Warmogs Armor: Because it is the most awesome item in LoL. All that life it's just great.
- Wit's End: The Attack speed and magic resist is good and of course the passive!
- Atma's Impala: Gives some good armor but why i take it is because of the passive.
- Frozen Heart: The Armor and the passive is awesome!
- Force Of Nature: The Magic Resist is great and who says no to some Healt regen.
Flash
The popular summoner spell Flash. It is great to escape with. Especially if you master the "Flash over walls" Technique. Flash is also great if you are chasing someone there is low HP and ready to die.
Exhaust
Good for an extreme escape and it is also great to get an easy kill.
Ghost
Ghost is good. But i prefer Flash anytime!
Teleport
Teleport is great for a solo top. It allows you to recall, buy and then get to the lane fast again without losing to much XP and make sure your opponent dont take out your tower.
Ignite
Naahh. I dont think this is the best spell for a tank AD champ. Ignite is mostly suitable Mages.
Smite
If you want to jungle with Cho' Gath, yes then you definitly should take Smite.
The popular summoner spell Flash. It is great to escape with. Especially if you master the "Flash over walls" Technique. Flash is also great if you are chasing someone there is low HP and ready to die.

If you want to jungle with Cho' Gath, yes then you definitly should take Smite.
Pros
+ Cho' Gath are an amazing farmer.
+ Even with a tank build Cho' Gath does an awesome damage output.
+ Rupture is a great spell to make a great gank or escape from enemy.
+ Knows how to push a lane fast.
+ Great and sustainable in lane and jungle.
+ Everybody scared when a big reptile comes for a bloody easy kill.
Cons
- Quite squishy in early game
- If you are a big mana user u might have some mana problems in the start.
- Take some time to master Rupture placements.
- A bit clumsy when that big.
+ Cho' Gath are an amazing farmer.
+ Even with a tank build Cho' Gath does an awesome damage output.
+ Rupture is a great spell to make a great gank or escape from enemy.
+ Knows how to push a lane fast.
+ Great and sustainable in lane and jungle.

Carnivore (Innate): Whenever Cho'Gath kills a unit, he restores 32 + (2 x level) health and 3.25 + (0.25 x level) mana.
Makes Cho'Gath sustainability.
Reduces the mana costs on your spells effectively.

No mana cost.
Excellent for farming and pushing. Also great for getting last hits at your tower

Allows Cho' Gath to make more minions when Rupture and Scream are on cooldown
