I like the trinity force idea with the atma's and manamune. Triforce is also good because yorick's passive increase his basic attacks up to 20% and he has a strong 3.5 AD/level natural scaling.
You'd be much better off leaving the build as it is for build order but dropping the RoA. You could build a catalyst still if you want and turn it into a BV later. Personally, I don't think Yorick needs a catalyst early on. His mana regen with a tear and hp regen with famine are all the sustain I need. I get a manamune and boots and go on to rush a triforce.
A BV would go well with your build since you literally build 0 MR. If you go back and fix your items I'll flip my vote.
Note: This is kind of minor...but getting a FM and a Triforce is frowned upon. The on hit slows don't stack making the slow on the tri-force a complete waste. There are a lot of other hp options out there though. RO, Sunfire, Warmogs. Charging up a warmogs takes no time at all tbh. Some people say not to get it late game, but I think it's fine any time.
He only has one AP ratio and that's on a skill that doesn't lower CD as it's leveled.
He has 3 AD ratios including a .35 AD ratio on his ghouls.
Building any more AP than a trinity force/ sheen is a complete waste!!!
The mana/hp on the rod isn't a good reason to dump that many resources into it.
All in all a well made guide!
As for your actual build.. I have to disagree with it. I don't find Ap on Yorick very effective at all as it only scales with your Slow, which is mostly only used for the slowing portion. Going straight ad I find is more effective.
