This is my champion Dragorune - The monk blessed by dragons:
Is he unique? yes most definitely. What makes him unique? His passive and resources system, instead of using one specific resource he uses 3 resources, also his gameplay as a whole is pretty unique, and his ult is definitely a never seen before.

This champion was created after wanting to join the following forum game we have in the EUW forums, the game was created by Kachimba:
http://euw.leagueoflegends.com/board/showthread.php?t=615242
I posted this champion here since I got quite some reviews of people saying they liked him.

At the moment I don't have good names for all his abilities yet, So I'm asking if somebody does have good names and I also what like to know what you think of him. Also I would be honored if someone would like to make a drawing of him

The numbers presented here are NOT final and require public feedback for proper balancing.
Furthermore I'm not a natvie english speaker.
However please give constructive feedback.

Any sugestions what so ever, even for creating a whole different ability, different numbers, others names, they are welcome, certainly if they are constructive.

Passive (innate), :
Dragorune doesn't use mana but a new resource system, or better said actually system with 3 resources. All this resources have a maximum of 100%, are displayed next to each other where nomrally the mana bar is all 3 having different colors.
The 3 resources are the following:
- Pride of the dragon king: For every damage tick from an enemy champion an ally near you receives, you gain 6% Pride of the dragon king. (900 range radius around you)
- Brilliance of the diamond scales: For every 0.5% of your max health of damage that is done to you, you receive 1.25% brilliance of the diamond scales.
- Cunningness of the ancient wise: every time you cast an ability, an nearby ally or enemy champion casts an ability you gain 4% Cunningness of the ancient wise. (900 range radius around you)

Also depending on which resource you have the highest percentage of you gain 1 of the following bonusses, however a resource must at least be above 50% but having 100% of a resource always grants the passive:
- Pride, you will grow in size and your AA's will deal +0.125 AD and +0.075 AP bonus damage.
- Brilliance, your HP regen is increased by 10% of your armor.
- Cunningness, you will gain an additional 50 range on your AA's and 20% on your abilities.

Q, Dragon tail whip:
Passive: you receive an extra 0/1/2/3/4% (+1% per 500 gold you have) pride per second.
when this skill is on CD these bonusses are lost.

Active: The next basic attack has an extra 100 range and deals 5/20/35/50/65(+0.15 AD) bonus damage. (since it the next basic AA, it applies on-hit and such)
Also for the next 3 seconds your AA's gain 5% lifesteal, you gain 4% MS and 10% AS. Every time you whip an enemy champion bonusses are stacked up to 2/4/6/8/10 times (minions do only refresh the duration, howeverstacks are kept when having 10 and attacking minions in between).

CD: 2 seconds
Cost: 18% Pride
Range: AA range +100 range (with 100% cunningness +50 for basic AA's +20 for 20% on ability, this gives 150+50 + 100*1.2=320)

W, Dragon skin:
Passive: you receive an extra 0/1/2/3/4% (+1% per 30 bonus armor) brilliance per second.
when the toggle is on these bonusses are lost.

Toggle: Upon activation you receive 20/30/40/50/60 armor and MR an return 20% of the magic damage that is done to you and reduce physical damage taken by an extra 10%.

CD: 10 seconds
Cost: 10/9/8/7/6% brilliance upon activation and 15/13/11/9/7% brilliance per second it is on.
Range: selfcast

E, Mind trick:
Passive: you receive an extra 0/1/2/3/4% (+1% per 100 AP) Cunningness per second.
when this skill is on CD these bonusses are lost.

Active: Deals 50/100/150/200/250 (+0.8 AP) magic damage to the enemy target selected.
If the enemies has more % HP left than you it's feared for 2 seconds if the enemy has less its taunted for 1.75 seconds and slowed for another second afterwards by 20/25/30/35/40%.

CD: 8.5 seconds
Cost: 25% Cunningness
Range: 575 (with 100% cunningness +115, this gives 575*1.2=690)

R,
Transforms you into 3 dragons out of the runic dragon tattoos. You will be one dragon yourselve and the other two will be AI controlled, always priorityzing champions> enemies attacking you> lowest HP targets within range> most nearby enemy> minions.
You will gain an extra 400/600/800 HP and than your total HP will be evenly divided over the 3 dragons.
You can switch between dragons with the skill key Q, W, and E, also you wont be able to use other abilities:
Q, Stoltez - The folks dragon:
Has only 60% of your original AD, but every consecutive hit on the same enemy your AS is increased by 7% and the damage the enemy receives from you is increased by 10%, this stacks up to 7 times and lasts 3 seconds. (this includes items and summoner spells, with 7 stack you temporarily now have 60*1.7=102% of your original AD in damage).
W, Glanz - The shining dragon:
has only 50% of your original AD, but you gain 25% lifesteal, per attack you also gain 10 armor and MR this last 3 seconds and stacks 5 times and if attacking the same enemy you decrease his armor and MR by the same amount for the same time.
E, Sluhetz - The 1 eon old dragon:
has only 40% of your original AD, but 20% of your AP is added and your AA's reduce the enemies vision range by 35% lasts 3 seconds (refreshes upon newAA's when E dragon) also upon AAing you're stealthed for 0.1 second.
R, :
You will transform back into your normal form or into the 3 dragons depending on what form you are at the moment.
You still wont be able to use your normal abilities.
This has an internal CD of 5 seconds, which is not affected by CDR. On top of that it has an internal cost to it of 10% Pride, 10% Brilliance and 10% Cunningness

While in this form you also gain 70/80/90 MS.
This form last up to 15/20/25 seconds.

When you transform back the bonus HP is counted as an shield all HP lost exceeding the bonus HP will still be lost.
(lets say you have 1900 HP, lvl 3 R, and the dragons have left 600 HP, 650 HP and 450 HP, then you will have 1600 HP upon transforming back, 1100 damage was done while you have only lost 300 HP because of the 800 bonus HP)

CD: 120/100/80 seconds
Cost: 80% Pride, 80% Brilliance and 80% Cunningness
Range: selfcast

He looks a bit like a monk think about Lee sin, however he has 3 big (tribal) tattoos covering his entire body, these tattoos light upon attacking and when using skills he even partially transforms parts of his body into parts of a dragon, like turning part of his skin into dragon scales.

Seems a bit too complicated of a champion.

1. Your juggling 3 resources at a time. Not to mention item procs and such.

2. Every ability is overly complex. This means too much time to spend looking stuff up and figuring out what you want to stack and such. This is by no means a bad thing for serious players, but casuals will be turned off of this champ and that means few buys.

3. Numbers. Alot of these need to be tweaked as this champion gains alot of stats off of his resource. Not to mention a champion should never get buffed based off of his gold. This encourages the behavior of "Hoarding" which is bad for his team and will most certainly make the player go for ganks and promotes reckless behavior. 2000 gold is 5%. 9% a second will keep his Pride up pretty much the entire fight. (dunno haven't really done the math).

4. His ult is extremely complex and looks very, very op. Not just having the dragons but when it ends you still get a shield that protects you.

This champ looks like he can perform any role in the game, which isn't very fair to other champs and opposing players.

just sayin. Really Op imo.

Well having 3 resources isn't easy to manage, but there's champion who have a lot of stacking systems + stacking items, which are more or less equally as hard to manage.

Imo the skills are actually pretty straight forward.

Q extra damage on next AA + a small buff

W damage reduction + magic thornmail

E Magic damage a bit of a small burst + CC

R yes this one is indeed a bit complex.

As you just said he will indeed be buyed more by more experienced players, who will/should understand they shouldn't take unneccesary risks and Hoard.

His ult doesn't give a shield afterwards but gives extra health at the beginning which works as a shield.

His ult is a bit on the strong side indeed (as I forgot to mention abilities can't be used meanwhile, I forgot this because first you couldn't transform back in the meanwhile but people saw that as to big of a disadvantage.).
Also some other numbers are on the high side.

Also keep in mind when abilities are on CD you don't gain the passive pride/brilliance/cunningness per second.

I'm now gonna change some numbers ;) and thanks again for the comment :D
