If you're gonna make a [build only] guide it needs to be great.
This build is too expensive, nearly impossible to complete IMO.
I think having a reasonably priced build would be better and more balanced.
Tanky AD teemo? Not as good as AP teemo IMO.
But still why not?
I usually play long games and I'm usually stuck with **** load of money that I don't know on what to spend.
So yeah I wanted for build to be expensive, also this teemo is more DPS than tanky.
This build is too expensive, nearly impossible to complete IMO.
I think having a reasonably priced build would be better and more balanced.

Im not gonna vote this build, though it is fine, i think it needs some changes.
Also even though it is only a build, you could put in some optional items :)
