Ashe and the Frozen Mallet.

[/quote] the main reason for mallet being bad on ashe is that she actually has the slow for kiting, chasing and mallet wouldnt change that very much/at all. The slow is all about ashe having the ability to reposition in teamfights. Plus alot of her utility comes from her volley, which doesnt apply mallet.
