You have to hit for 1000 damage before you get that extra 15 damage.[/quote]

Guess this is more reason for me to find another guide site its designed for lower elo.[/quote]

[/quote] If you're looking at a guide, you're probably learning a champ. #1 reason I don't look at guides anymore is that I already know what to do for 90% of champions and what their rune/mastery setups should be.[/quote]
