Hmm... Viktor has one skill that takes some mastering, and that is his laser. He is a viable mid, but not crazy hard to master. Very high skillcap characters come in all shape and sizes. One of the very hardest to learn is Kassadin. I think this guy is exactly what you are looking for. He as a high damage ranged spell that silences, a short range cone that just ***** damage on people, a passive/active that boosts his basic attacks and gives him mana back per swing, and his ult is a flash every 4 seconds (or less w some cdr) that also deals damage in an area around it, with damage and mana cost increasing for every time u use it within i think its 6 seconds. High burst damage, high utility, unsurpassable escape ability. Very squishy. Other than kass, some of the hardest ones to truly "master" are Shaco (but idk if i would bother, he is pretty much perma banned in draft and ranked), Malzahar, Rumble, Akali, Fizz, Kennen, Oriana, Twitch, Xerath, Yorick, Lee Sin. Master these champs and you pretty much have all the hardest ones figured out.
Hope this helps!

ALL the champs are extremdly dangerous when mastered, you just have to find the rol you wanna cover in game, but remember this: You wont play the champion you want.
I like to play a Tanky DPS
Gangplank, or an AD
Kennen, so it's really hard answer your question because here in MOBAfire we have ALOT of good players that play different roles and are very nice with dem.
So someone can say you: "Hey man buy
Graves, when he is fed is a totally monster" or "Hey man Cassiopia is OP buy her". and you will get confused :D

Anivia is a very good high skillcap/high reward champion. She's extremly hard to play while being really powerful.
Same for Karthus. Most people who never played Karthus thinks '' LOL KARTHUS SO EASY JUST PRESS R TO WIN ****ING NOOB'' but it's far from the reality. He is REALLY REALLY hard to play. Like, really hard.

+rep me and you'll get good karma, wich means you won't be reincarnated into a rock! Isn't that awesome?

But yes this idea has been discussed more than Pam Anderson's tits in a plastic surgeons office.
Especially when people are great at dodging his Q, just like dodging Cass skills. The biggest reason I don't find either of them a huge threat. Both ults can be extremely deadly though.
Play Karma, get good with her. Most people think she sucks, but she has great utility. Learn to play her well and make people cry at her great burst + support.

Personal habitual activites? Utilizing gargantuan idioms to fabricate intelligence.

Lee sin, because of tons of skills/effects to use.
Orianna, because of the ball positioning in fights.
Both can do a lot, but you can't use spells without reflexion.

English is not my native langage, I'm sorry about how painful to read my text are :c
I never really found
Karthus hard to play imo. His Q is fairly easy to land especially since it is so spammable and his farm potential is great so yeah never really felt he was hard.
Anivia isn't all that hard and has super great reward mana management is key on her though if you can't do that don't play
Anivia. Last time is said high skill level champs that destroy late game i forgot to add
Malzahar since he is an absolute beast at farming and straight up damage output.

So is

Also, she's one of the only champions who need your team mates to position themselves properly to bring out her full potential.

When I play games, i'm the type that MUST have my real, true love in a character. And I don't really get it by picknig up every champ, trying out, and the one that feels easiest/most natural, i pick. Instead, I like to find characters that have a really high skillcap, alot of different uses, and are very rewarding when you master.
Hence, that's what I'm looking for in an LoL champ. 1) A high skillcap, 2) High Utility, 3) REALLY deadly when mastered. I know it will take a long time for a newer player, but I'm just curious on your thoughts on this. I was thinking of Viktor, seems very customizable (although the upgrades to his hex core seem underwhelming), and seems like a high skill cap, but is he really great when you put it all together? Thanks!
Any champs you suggest are appreciated!
