Gatling Gun has a base damage of 500+, If you max it first, you can get some pretty surprising damage out on Ahri.
You should probably open with boots, and go double Null-Magic.
I'd then buy Mercs > Hexdrinker > Giant's belt > Vamp Scepter, and then complete the build above in order.
That's just me though.
Playing vs Ahri in a 1v1 situation is all about not letting her burst you from 100-0.
As long as you dodge her Taunt, you shouldn't get killed.

QSS is completely unnecessary. I guess that's only because I'm great at dodging skill shots. It's not a horrible idea, but you already have Maw to make room for a few mistakes. That taunt is not even much of an issue, considering the fact that a good Ahri should not have more than one point in it before 13.
The above build is really good, though I would build it slightly differently.

The reason I put Bloodthirster so early is because Corki relies heavily on his ult to do damage as well as basic attacks. A champion that relies on abilities to do damage needs more AD than anything else, and the sooner you get it, the better.

When she starts using her ultimate, run a few steps in one direction and then valkyrie in the other and suddenly she blew her ulti just getting into q-range ;) and that is one of her two skills that isn't skillshots. Negate that and you cut her "sure" damage in half.
