Mooninites indirectly comes from Aqua Teen hunger force. There's a long story, but when the original halo first came out on xbox my friend had people over and his brother had the game. His brother was kind of a **** needless to say, but he made us all be covenants and name our profile "Mooninites" and for some reason I found this to be hilarious and I've used it as my name ever since.

On one day I didn't really had to do much so I decided to turn on Comedy Central and apparently there was an episode of "Married With Children" on. (yes old as hell but still funny)
Anyway, in that particular episode Bud decided to become a bigshot and gangster so he changed his name to "The Grandmaster B". B being the first letter of his first and last name.
When it comes to me, my last name starts with a D so well, that's the story. :P
