Jax's Relentless Assault will stack even if the attacks miss or are dodged.

Janna's Howling Gale will knock the target further into the air the longer it is channeled, 80 + 10 per second channeled.

I don't know how the Janna one works, I'm going off of patch notes. I'm guessing 80% of the listed amount
+ 10% per second channeled.

Lux's Lucent Singularity grants vision while in flight and at its destination.

Lux's Finales Funkeln grants vision during the casting of the spell, and of enemies hit for a little while. Also, the charge up time is .5 seconds, if you want to add that.

Ziggs' Hexplosive Minefield is actually 200 / 325 / 450 / 575 / 700 (+150% of ability power) for the max damage from all the mines.

Heal

Base heal was reduced to 120

There is no mention of the debuff afterwards. If that will be added, the duration is 35 seconds.

Added everything other than the heal debuff and Lucent Singularity giving vision.
Heal's numbers are correct as it heals 120+25 per level. Ergo, you will be healing for 145 at level 1.

Ah, ok. That heal part makes sense. What about the reduced healing debuff? Not a big deal, but I'm curious.

Also, why no update Lucent Singularity? I've done it several times, it does give vision to its path while in flight, and vision to where it's final destination is until it's popped. I don't see it in the actual description, so, that's why I suggested it.
