Almost fully agree, but I prefer mPen marks on Soraka. mPen is kinda nice since I max
Infuse, plus the reduction late game from Starcall and Abyssal Mask if you make it that far.I'd also suggest MR/lvl glyphs, as you usually aren't going to take much magic damage in the early levels anyway. Might as well get some more survivability against casters for mid game, when you'll be receiving mid ganks and taking AoE damage in team fights.

agreed. think you can play around with glyphs, but take the others.
