Deathfire Grasp will be regular item for every caster. Xerath for example does not need to get into the actual fight to deal damage, so he would need to get closer to activate it which would mostly mean death. About AD items, I wish there was AD Zhonyas.

DFG will be good for burst damage champs that need to get closer to the auto attack range like ryze,leblanc etc.
Wel that is called Infinity Edge,but if you mean like +30% of your current AD,that would be pretty strong.
