I dont how you play veigar but when i'm 25-30 mins into game i have atleast 700-800 ability power atleast. Stun, Deathfire, darkmatter, auto attack and q is auto death for any champ. Not to mention you still have his ult left for the next guy in line.

I'd like to say that building a tanky veigar, while not having as much burst, is a much safer way of playing such a fragile champ. I've been playing veigar for as long as ive been playing LoL and I cant count how many times I've gotten fed early, then got caught out of position or ganked a few times, and can't recover from it.
I've just tried this build (except I replaced lichbane with rylais) and ended with about 2.9k hp and went 9/3. You lose some burst, but gain a very safe game where your sure to pick up some kills, while also being able to shrug off a LOT more dmg than a glas cannon veigar would. I say +1

I'm saying as in the point that it is not as useful on Veigar as it would be on a champion with an autoattack enhance. And being around 400+ ability power, stun them and they die. No need for auto attacks as Primordial Burst will be taking out like half their life.

I would argue that the lichbane is a good item on veig as it gives him an extra burst along with the death fire. When your AP gets in the 400 to 500 range, an auto-attack on a stunned enemy in combo with your DF grasp and burst nukes and you will do more damage then was possible before.

Deathfire Grasp is probably the best item for Veigar. And Lich Bane on Veigar? Lich Bane is a lot more helpful on Orianna or Lulu. You don't have any coding, and all you have are walls of text. I suggest reading JhoiJhoi's guide on making guides so you can get some coding in there. She has multiple templates and stuff.. all you have to do is give her credit for it.

Veigar is meant to be a burst champ. Deathfire gasp rush is better sustain dmg/manna regain, not to mention a slow. Veigar is meant to stack ap power high (the q passive???) Any ways veigar is a champ that comes drops spams his ablities, flashes out and then clean up or assess the sitution. No need to be tankier if you can one-shot champs.
