Lee Sin is very powerfull in denying Fiora creeps and lowering her attack speed with Tempest / Cripple, making her damage very low. Also his Sonic Wave / Resonating Strike is uncounterable by Riposte. I see no problems here.If you get ganked all day long, try to freeze the lane near your tower, then you will never get ganked again.

Well, when I tried to trade with her she did a good amount of damage.
I maxed W first btw, maybe I should have maxed Q first and harass her more?

Start with Cloth Armor + 5 Health Potion's, then you really can't loose trades. It also builds into Wriggle's Lantern. Also, don't max W first, you don't need that sustain, especially in a lane like that. I would either say max Q first if you can easily hit her with it or max E first if you want safer trades. And use your passive to your advantage.

Lee has better burst and better sustain. Fight her whenever her W and/or E are on cooldown. Fiora's DPS really sucks when she doesn't have her attack speed buff.
Between fights, abuse your superior sustain from W. Make sure you use W during a trade for the shield, lifesteal, spellvamp and armor. I would probably max Q first, then W unless you're really having trouble sustaining.

I'm still not good with him, just bought him yesterday and so I'm still trying to get used to him (thought of asking for a refund but kept him and tried to get better).
You're right though, shouldn't have lost that lane.

I'd go 2 points into W and max Q first, or max E first to counter her Burst of Speed.
Try to bait out her Riposte or delay auto-attacks, or just Q > Q her, then W to a minion.
You really shouldn't be losing to Fiora as Lee Sin :P Lee has a superior early game and better skill set for soloing top.

Yeah, the problems were:
- I didn't know Fiora's skill-set;
- I started boots of speed instead of cloth armor;
- I maxed W first and didn't harass her that much.

I died a couple of times because of their jungler but still...
