Some spelling errors, little details on anything besides the bare basics (so this technically is just a build, not a guide). Lich Bane as a 1st end game item is really bad, seeing that the damage upgrade is measly as opposed to getting sheen and another item first. 4 levels in shadow walk is a little to excessive... 40 seconds is too overkill for roamer AND lane Eve.

Check your text for spelling mistakes, found some.
Try describing her role a bit more where and how to play.
Format your text especially the ability section is a wall of text.
When you build Lich Bane first you get +108 dmg(80 from Lich Bane +25 from Lucky Pick +3 Masterys) on your autoattack that is not a great upgrade(for a lot of gold) from Sheen, try building some more AP first like the Blasting Wand or the Needlessly Large Rod which you build right afterwards anyway, just change your purchase order.
I still think she is hard to fit into a team in the current meta, though I like to see underplayed champions promoted, especially such a sexy one <3

Nice Work!!! I really wanna use Eve again (I left her because of the nerfs and squishy she is). So I'll give another chance and I`ll tell you if it works for me XD.
