How quickly your auto attacks are made. Meaning when you right click on a minion or enemy champion. Does not represent skills or any passive skills that will affect AS. It just represents the bonus attack speed from passive item stats. The active AS bonuses of items are not taken into account. For example, Youmuu's Ghostblade, that grants additional attack speed while active.
Yeah the cheat sheet is pretty bugged overall, it does not count % from items and stats from masteries I believe. F.e. if you buy a Rabadon's Deathcap it will include the 140 AP but not the 30 %.
About AS: It takes the basic attack speed at level 18 + all AS amplifiers. Which is completely wrong :/
I think it will be fixed later but atm other things have prioritization.

I actually think the xx. something you wrote is the increase in %. Like "your items increase your as by this percentage". But not sure!

I am not new to the game, but everytime i look in a build, i see in the attack speed stat, a number that i don't understand what it represnts..
for example i have a champion that has let's say 0.XXX attack speed
in the guide i see numbers like 86.007 (TF)
how does it work.
