I tried reporting some troll voters, but Matt claimed that they all had different IP from any other users on the forums. In conclusion, troll voters aren't making new accounts to downvote you, but they are asking their friends to do so for them. (Or logged in at a friend's house to do so, or went to their school's computer, or went to an internet café, or etc.)[/quote]

[/quote] You're only supposed to have one account per person, and the system won't let you have more than one account per IP. If you sign up for another account on a friend's computer or use a program to change your IP to make another account that is against the rules. General Rules and Guidelines: "Each member is expected to vote in good faith and without bias casting a single vote on any active build on the site. Working around site fail safes, bribing, falsifying or otherwise "fixing" voting on any build, comment, champion or other content is strictly forbidden. You get 1 vote and 1 vote only, use it wisely" So if you create multiple accounts to vote more than once, you are breaking the rules![/quote]

General message: If you are one of the trollvoters or downvoters who ask their friends to downvote a guide (revenge vote, to decrease their guides to make yours higher), or one of the guys who go around the IP with proxies and whatnot to get your guide higher, you, sir or madam, are the one that's completely nuts.[/quote]
