[/quote] Not "hella broken" but certainly too strong for live, they should undo the nerf to his Q and focus on the real problem which is his passive, it scales and then stacks as well, can easily deal 500 damage over 5 seconds with 5 stacks (100 damage total per stack) with enough AD. Just bothers me that he can get that kind of damage and still build kinda tanky. Just so you know they nerfed the CD on his ult, and the range on his Q.[/quote]
