Anyways as other's said, you should give more alternative items (I know it takes time, not making you rush), some bb codes.
For examples for the bb codes, there are some template for this.

I actually think it's a fine idea, although you will definately fall back a bit later in the game, while there are several supports who wouldnt fall this much. I havent try, but I cant hardly figure how Nasus couldnt fall behind using this strategy.
But your AD should be FAR ahead of theirs, so I guess it compensates. Definately worth the lolz, the teamates's rage and the opponents's insults when they lose.
Teammates only rage the first few minutes in the champion select & after the game started, after the first kill(s) they usually were quite happy that the AD-carry in the team got fed. :P
The build is basically aimed for a high CDR and tries to make you nearly unkillable, so you can eat as much damage as possible, so your team only has to do the cleanup-duty. Every nuke/burst they waste on you is one burst less that your carries have to endure. :)

I don't think that this build works not because it is incompetent but because nasus doesn't have any hard cc for a kill lane (granted he does have the best slow in the game, but that some times isn't enough) and he doesn't help his teammate at all without summoner spells. He has no ranged harass besides his spirit fire that pushes the lane and costs a lot of mana. This makes it impossible to bush camp.
Nasus also is very reliant on a farmed siphoning strike to do any damage in a teamfight. Unlike some tanks he can't do much more than tank with this build.
All in all you basically have a Nasus that is equal to a Nasus in top lane who doesn't last hit and just stays around getting xp.
I won't downvote since you probably put a lot of work into this but i'm just making you aware of why Nasus bot doesn't work
he is working. Yes, you can't harass with your e, but if you ping before you wither the enemy and your AD-carry joins you, the enemy carry has to fall back/recall, because otherwise he would take too much damage.
I agree: Harassing alone/with his skills is wasted mana, but if your teammate joins, your so called "harass" will be devastating. I try to get my LoL-replay working, so i can upload some replays when i play him.
