current top tier champs?

[/quote] Besides the twitch mention (lawl): Anivia cans till trade with E, which is a fairly damaging skill. However, Q isn't that abusively hard to hit, as it ignores unit colision, depends on the opponent. Plus, Anivia has 600 AA range, which is quite safe a distance to farm., If they try to go in for the harass, it's easier to hit Q because a) they're focused on you, and b) minions often get on the way of your escape route. And of course midgame, with all the messy teamfights, skillshots become less skillful.[/quote]
