Abt Orianna, I like her but she has subpar damage if not ahead. Good utility though.

Thanks for the Signature MissMaw!
Just browse Elementz tier list and I just saw him having Aniva high again, does she really stand a chance around the other AP Carrys? I mean that Q is pretty slow for a CC and her main skill. Haven't seen her much, just know the Q/R + E combo can be devastating. Also that egg and wall is quite annoying.
This got me interesting, as the only Ap champ I have now that kick as is Ryze and I want a ''OMG'', still didn't think his is suppose to be in ''who to buy''. As its more of a question where other people thinks Anvia is on the power scale and what else might be up there.

Besides the twitch mention (lawl): Anivia cans till trade with E, which is a fairly damaging skill. However, Q isn't that abusively hard to hit, as it ignores unit colision, depends on the opponent. Plus, Anivia has 600 AA range, which is quite safe a distance to farm., If they try to go in for the harass, it's easier to hit Q because a) they're focused on you, and b) minions often get on the way of your escape route.
And of course midgame, with all the messy teamfights, skillshots become less skillful.

If Anivia stuns you in that ult... holy mother of god, that hurts. And wall (anti-positioning) is boss. I have always considered her high tier, some champions are just forgotten along the way on ocassion.
Those champions that stay high tier are the ones that always keep their utility, what they do best, no matter what nerfs/buffs. Greatest example, Janna. Even if she gets a nerf on shield AD, knock-up damage, or ult heal, they still all do something amazing that makes a huge difference.

But isn't this the whole point of the game?
Also, I don't get the mid list.
But whatever, I still disagree with the whole tier thing. Teamgame is teamgame.
The point of tiers is finding a few champions that is harder to counter than others. The game is about counterpicking and teamplay, but solo queue is a whole different barrel of lies.
