A little over 2k with everything; having a monitor and keyboard already will cut costs by a bit.
Also, I kinda went overboard lol. You can build a pretty nasty machine for a little over 1k if you already have a monitor and keyboard.

Yea, and if you're re-using the case you can get a good PC below 800.
I think I'll be spending ~1000$ to get some good shiz when I finally upgrade my setup.

Yea but if you have a case over 4-5 years old don't reuse it :o Better ones on the market now

I decided to go with the corsair graphite 600t white special edition, has 4 USB 2 ports at the front and a usb 3, built in fan control, 3 fans built in with a dust catcher in front of each, spacious cable management in back, and it looks sex. :o
You don't really need the 3.0 port anyway tho, and you have some at back with your mobo.

The 900 has been out for ~6years. It was a good case back then and still is.

lol according to newegg it has 2 usb 3 front ports now and no usb 2s o-o (even tho 3.0 is backwards and forwards compatible, still)
