This is general knowledge about nutrition and is something that all should know about.
To bad they don't, people now days eat why to much stuff that is not good and they have no knowledge of it. Just like most don't even know how and why we remember stuff or how you focus on learning something the most efficient way. Not to talk about what they don't know about the rest of the body..

I've never felt better since I started to train 4-5 days a week and eat healthy, and I'm pretty sure that all would feel the same way if they just motivated themselves to train and actually care about their body and what they eat. But maybe you can be happy as a fat person too, I just know that I wouldn't enjoy that.
