So I play Lax. Most of you don't know that. Anyway I've been doing tons of conditioning and I decided to see if it was actually helping so I took some tests and compared them to how I was before the conditioning. What I found was ridiculous. I'm down to less than 7% body fat and my fitness level is rated at "excellent". This is compared to before when I was at like 12% body fat and "above average" fitness. Anyway I just thought I'd share that and see if anyone else had been working out lately and noticed the change it was making.

Hi!


I usually find that running through my town naked is the best way to condition myself to lose weight. The added encouragement to do better comes from when the police chase after me, causing me to push my body to its limits to escape the hands of justice from gripping it's leather gloved hand on my sensitive genitals. You definitely need to make sure that you have good footing if you are to go about doing this practice though. One bad tumble will lead to your ***** (if you are a male or a hermaphrodite) feeling like it's on fire when you have an erection for a few days.

I don't exercise. Let me give a simple example:

I don't exercise. I am perfectly fine, never have any injuries or pain.
My sister does athletics. She has to go to fysiotherapy and QQs about her pain and injuries about 99 % of the time she is around me.

I don't like being so annoying ;)

Last Sunday I actually ran 4 km and then did 1 set of 5 sprints up and down a hill. Later the same day, I ran another 4 km and did 1 set of 10 sprints up and down a hill.
