Tell me more about your diet. I'm working on losing weight but actually I dont see any difference :D

I actually weigh more on the 2nd picture :P


This is a example of what I eat (for diet).

First breakfast: 1 protein shake with a scoop of oatmeal in it.

Second breakfast (about 1,5h later): Some Cottage cheese with a small amount of oatmeal on it and some linseed's and sunflower seeds

Lunch: Brown rice (about 0,5 deciliter),2 chicken breasts and some vegetables.

"snack meal": 2 eggs

Dinner: Some kind of fish and vegetables.

Before bed: Cottage cheese


I usually drink about 3 cups of coffee each day and I take about 4 pods of Omega 3 and 1 multivitamin.
Doing gym about 5-6 days a week. Starting with cardio(walking with a 30kg weight west) the last 4 weeks of the diet to shred the last fat away.

1 hour before gym I usually drink 1 protein shake and eat a spoon of ecological peanut butter (I use some Oatmeal in the shake if I feel hungry). 15-30 min before gym I drink 1-2 cups of coffee to get amped up.

0-30 min Post workout I drink a gainer shake (3rd and last shake of the day, they are a bit overrated but it's a easy way to get proteins).

I gym between the snack meal and dinner, mostly.

Losing weight is all about + and -. If you don't burn more energy than you eat each day, you won't lose weight.

I'll start jogging every day (about 30 minutes). And I'm not eating anything after 18pm...

Don't eat after 18pm ??!!!! WHY?
That myth is just so stupid. Your body need fuel during the night.
The reason I eat so frequently is to keep the metabolism going, this prevents the body from storing fat and stimulates the fat burning.

well.. the thing is slappiz is actually working out and aiming for a better body, with shakes and stuff.

And Xiron is just interested in losing some weight right?


Just do more sports than usually and eat healthier/less but don't starve lol:D
I am permanently eating errything I want.. well I got the body I want that's why. And I dun get fat cuz my sport balances it.

Tip for Xiron (and anyone else who want to get in shape).
Take photos of yourself, at least once a week, even if it feels weird..
Things don't happen over a day, it takes time (really long time if you're not strict about your diet).
After a few weeks you will see some results on the photos, watch and compare them, this is a good source for motivation (at least for me).

I also watch Zyzz videos, a lot.. He was a truly inspirational person, to bad he past away :(.
Don't take him to seriously, he was a big troll tbh ! But he got some really motivational quotes and his videos are fun to watch.

Yep. I wanna get thin b4 I build up MORE muscles and stuff...

U know... for the ladies :D
I've been overweight (not like rly fat or sth) for a couple of years now (i think 5 or so ^.^) and I dont want it anymore. It's hard to get a gf with this shape...
