The build itself isn't responsible for every score that you get. The build is just a build. It explains to you what items to get in a certain order, and what enemies are dangerous during the laning phase. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for every thing you do. Learning a "build" isn't the secret to getting flawless games every time. Learning how to play the champion is the secret. The "build" is just a guide; it guides you. It doesn't open the magical portal to flawless games.
ohh...but i'm still bad at ashe, can you spare some tips? o.o
I just went 0/15/11 with this build...i need help. ):

1) Turn on comment to vote in guide setup. It prevents some early troll votes to throw your guide into garbage.
2) Runes: Even if I like more ArPen marks and AD Quints, this is ok too, but those flat MR should be replaced with scaling MR glyphs. At laning phase you receive 95% physical damage and later on (in mid game), you could use some MR and in this time scaling MR glyphs > flat MR glyphs.
3) Masteries: 21/9/0 is ok too, I started to use it recently, because those few more HPs can save you instead of mana regen. I used to play with 21/0/9 but I went with additional MS and that is way better than mana reg. You can always buy potions . I like Diablo style :-) buying potions - just 2 health and 2 mana pots plus one ward and you have additional 5 happy laning minutes. I do this at first (and second) trip back. It doesnt slow you too much in buying next items and just gives you some more sustain in lane.
4) Starting items: if you have healing supp, I think its better to start with Dorans, because he/she will keep you up and you will have more damage (=easier last hitting). On the other hand, if you play with Leona or Blitz (even those are not too good with Ashe imho) you should go Boots and pots.
If I get anything else, I will add additional comment. Have a nice day!
