You forget that tier lists are mostly made for playing "solo queue".
And generally, top tier champions are much easier to carry games with then the ones in bottom tiers. No one says you can't, but top ones are DEFINITELY more favourable picks if you just want to win the easiest possible way.
Just the reason why I play so much Kennen whenever I go for wins. Easymode almost all the game long. You just can't do "horrible" with Kennen unless there are some major mishaps like lvl 1 pentakills and **** :DDD

There we go. Started with Doran's coz, even with their mid being a skillshooter, skillshooters on normals suck and extra damage so nice. First kill was shaco who tried to gank me solo :3
Died after the 11 :c 6 on 1 too stronk. Then they surrendered, which means they just wanted my boobs :3
