Yea right. Landing a good ulti with Urgot can win teamfights for you. I've done it.

I'll actually have to diagree there. I once used it to initiate on the enemy Soraka when she was close to her teammates. My teammates took care of her and I tried to get close to a wall which I just flashed over when the bonus armor/mr buff ended. They wasted enough cooldowns on me to make them lose the entire teamfight.
But I do wanna point out that you almost need flash or ghost to survive such things.

Not really. Urgot is a great anti dps carry with huge range. I can't think of any other champion even similar to how he's played(atleast not right now).
