Everything can be a top pick and that's too biased.
Ahri is a strong pick on any good hands.
Q isn't nerf'd,and I dont see much problems yet.
It's almost one of the best harass inb4 u don miss every time.
Tho I hope the adjusted ap ratios could be higher or keeping Q,R's orginal base damage.
However against some champ like veigar/ap yi/kass
I found it hard,not because of ahri,because of the nature of my opponent.
Overall,ahri's a strong pick. Fin :)

Ahri will always be a good pick but never be a top on normal or ranked solo play, the reason is that riot always gives high skillcap champs higher damage output, to account for the difficulty of the champ and the difficulty to land skill shots. Ahri now can just do a bit less dmg than before when landing all your skills. This hit was more to those who have trouble Positioning and landing everything in team fights

She is difficult to play because you have to perfectly know how much dmg u deal and how fast your skillshots travel.
Midlane is all about knowing the sweetspot from where your full combo can kill your opponent.
Her ganks are amongst the strongest ganks in the game because she has major mobility.
Apart from that she can participate in poke fights /engage with her charm.
now after reading this, tell me how all she has to offer is low burst...

Just kill her with fire, god dammit. People spend half the time complaining about "forgotten mages" and the other half saying they wanna play Ahris.
I will dedicate my time raping every single Ahri I face. Sick of her to death, 90% of them are either crushed or carried by their jungler, 10% can actually manage their mid laning. It's like tryndamere on twisted treeline, a boring repetitive disease that gets played over and over.
